The Rota Ooh shrine is located in Central Hyrule. It is southwest of the Central Tower. The best way to enter the shrine is to use the key to unlock the door. You can find the key on the right side of the shrine. If you want to enter the shrine without using the key, you can use the metal ball and shoot the orange crystal. The orange crystal will then trigger the structure to move 90 degrees anti-clockwise. The small key will then be required to unlock the door.

In order to get into the shrine, you need to have a Small Key. You can find it in a chest near the shrine entrance. This key unlocks the central door. Once you have it, you will need to place the orb into the cradle by the crystal. The orb will tip into a socket on the other side.

The second step is to use a platform on the north side of the shrine. This will allow you to reach the treasure chest. You can also use the platform to glide forward. If you get to the chest, you can then use your Feathered Edge. Once you’ve gotten this item, you can return to the shrine to claim the spirit orb.

The third and final part of the shrine involves a secret passage. In order to enter, you must first face the east side of the shrine. You can also shoot the arrow on a switch. Then, you can move on to the last two big doors. A metallic weapon, such as the Magnesis, will open them.
